I have a question about week two when we talked about the eleve exercise. What's the reasoning behind not stretching after doing them? I would love for a detailed explanation including what muscles and tendons are impacted by this stretching and when the best time would be to stretch. Can you also go over the pros and cons of massaging them versus stretching them? Personally, lower legs are always tight (especially my soleus and perineal longus) so not stretching them after targeting work on them seems really hard before center. Is not stretching something someone with hyper mobility should avoid or is there a principal for the general public about strength work/stretching that I'm missing? Thank you! I'm very much enjoying this deeper dive into the anatomy.
